This policy explains how Screen Record, a Rehub Studio product (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit screenrecord.studio or use the recorder at record.rehub.studio.

Information we collect

Account data you provide when you sign in (email address, and name if supplied by Google sign-in). Messages you send through the contact form. Limited technical data such as browser type. If you consent, analytics about which pages you visit on this marketing site.

In the recorder, we store the video and audio you choose to save, plus metadata needed to play, share and bill those recordings (duration, visibility, credit charges). View counts on share pages use an anonymous session hash, not IP addresses.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the recorder, respond to enquiries, keep the service secure, and — only with consent — understand how this website is used. We do not sell personal data.

Lawful basis and your rights

We process personal data under UK GDPR. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Email hello@screenrecord.studio.

Storage and security

Saved recordings are stored privately. Playback uses short-lived signed URLs. You control share-page visibility, including passwords. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties. Free saved recordings may expire after 90 days unless retained; unconfirmed drafts are removed after 24 hours.
